Can't change language

Ive tried to change the language of wordpress, bbpress and buddypress. Ive downloaded the files from the translate wordpress website and uploaded them to the specific folder. Ive changed the wp-config.php
But nothing happens. Not even the in the dashboard of wordpress.
How do i fix this?

You need to download wordpress in your language, copy wp-content/languages to your site and change the setting in wp-config.
That should do it.

I already did that. Its like that the config files dont get loaded

Try with a wordpress in your language clean install. Your admin should be in your language if it works
