Can't change the alpha transparency in styling options

Hi!
This theme is very beautiful, but at the color picker I only can change the main color in the left field. On the right is a slider to change the brightnes or transparency and when I put my mouse in it or try to move the handle above the colour turns to grey. I tried it in Firefox, Chrome and IE11. It is the same problem in every browser.
I need this option to work for my website. What can I do?

Hello, if its not working for you, you can try an external html color and paste the code there, try http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_colorpicker.asp
