Cant logout from the App

Good Day All,

I have couple of issues that I would need urgent assistance with

1. When logged into the App, the user’s cannot “LOGOUT” and every time that we click on logout, we are redirected to the previous screen and not killing the session.
2. When the side menu is set – The users are unable to scroll down when accessing it on the mobile phone.
3. When someone post a notification or a message, there is no style (css) and the message remains on the header of the screen and kills all the feel and look.

1. Just i’ve logged and logout in your website and cannot encounter the issue that you describe, do i need to do specific steps ?

2. same as 1, i’m able to scroll

3. Posted a status update but cannot see anything borken

Which kind of support is this?

I have told you that my logged in users are unable to logout. This is a fact and I have tested it numerous times. When logged into the app from my mobile phone, I cannot logout and this is with all the users.

You haven’t tell me the logout issue happens on mobile devices, i’ve tested on desktop.

Right now i’ve tested the logout button link on your website on iphone on chrome and it works, after i clicked from my right top menu logout -> i was redirected here : http://u-c-d.net/login/?redirect_to=http://u-c-d.net/

Can you please be very specific by telling me how exactly can reproduce the issue that you describe , i’ve checked all what you had reported on desktop and cannot see any of those issues.

I dont know why you are having issues to understand what I am talking about. I see that there are many users/clients before me who have also complained about the issue of the logout button now working once logged in.. Please go into your comment section of your application on themeforest.net and type the search “logout” and you will see that many users have complained about it.

On another note, I have issues with the google map not loading in the events page.

hi,

The issues was caused by some plugins or something custom changes of user at the site, i have just tested on your site using an iPhone and i was able to logout.

I need the exact steps to can reproduce that and looking for a fix if it’s related to our theme and to provide to you solution.
