Cant make new user registration work

Hey guys

 

I would like either a refund or an exchange for the Newspaper theme. After digging through buddypress, and wordpress support. I am not able to get the new user notifications working with this theme for a social media type of site. I’d like to go another direction with the site.

Howdy Laura

The configs I tried are, changing the default admin site email address to match the domain. Change PHP.ini to allow BuddyPress to use WordPress settings, changing buddypress’s email alert function to remove an if statement that has been causing Outlookmail issues. Those did not change the behavior at all.

Newspaper is developed by a company called tagDiv, you will need to contact their support team in the first instance for support with their product or Envato for refunds.
