Can’t Update Theme via ThemeForest

Hey Sweetdate!

I have a rather big problem! Themeforest had sold me a plugin that was nowhere near what was advertised, which resulted in me filing a Paypal dispute when they refused to refund my money. This plugin was not related to SeventhQueen in any way. However, because I opened a dispute, they locked my Themeforest account down! I am now unable to access any new updates, downloads, licesnes, etc. from my Sweetdate theme because of this.

 

Is there anyway I am able to get the latest theme version without Themeforest? Thank you very much!

That’s the problem, I can’t even get to it because they locked my account out! I have the full zip file for the full theme still (older version), but no access to my license key or other similar documents.

The theme file can only be downloaded from your themeforest account, before was an exception !!

Please open a ticket on themeforest support to re-gain access to your account.

They won’t give it to me though for reasons states above. Please help.

Theme forest doesn’t allow us to provide the theme files in other place then themeforest…..

Please try re-gain access to your account…..

The previous theme version was an exception !!!

Just wanted to follow up and see if I could get one more exception on an update. Themeforest refuses to reinstate and I have no other choice. I can’t justify paying for the theme two times just to get an update, I’m sorry.
