Can't Upgrade Account

Hi, I can’t upgrade the account. When I click upgrade account from the user profile page (when logged in as user) I’m redirected to the homepage and not taken to the checkout. Trying to access checkout, via wordpress admin view page, also redirects me to the homepage. Why is this?

Hi, that could be something related to the settings you did to that page or any other settings related to restrictions

Thanks for your reply. I’ve gone over all the settings many times and can’t see what it could be. I’ve attached the WP login details to this email if you are able to have a quick look and let me know if you see anything obvious it’d be much appreciated.
