Can’t vote on polls

I can create a poll and view it and vote on the poll

But

When I log in as another user I can’t vote on the poll?

i saw this error message the first time I added a poll but it does not appear again

I have a poll on the dashboard

When I answer the poll is shows the result

When I login as another user they only see the result in the dashboard and no option to vote
