Captcha or reCaptcha Not Displaying on Register Page

We have installed both Captcha and reCaptcha and neither one displays on our register page (http://filipinasforforeigners.com/register/). Can you please advise us how to get this to show because we are getting BOMBED WITH SO MUCH SPAM BOT SIGNUPS ITS SICKENING!!!!

Please bear in mind we are not programmers so be detailed where we need to edit any files, what code needs to be edited, what line it’s on and please provide the correct path to those files.
