carousel croping images

when adding an image carousel element with visual composer, when i use the options to resize the carousel, it is cropping all the images when it should reduce the size of the container only. Please advise what can be the issue. attachment the elements config box on visual composer,

Hello, so you want to reduce the carousel size but keep the image size?
Can you link me to the page where the carousel is? What size you want it to be?
This can be fixed with some css 🙂

Hi,

Just set a higher resolution of the photos (carousel size) but move the image carousel it in a row where you can control the width of the row ( by adding paddings to row or dividing into three columns ) that contains the carousel having good resolution on images.

Hi Radu, thanks for your reply. that issue is solved now and it works. Only issue now is that each image in the carousel displays with a different height which makes the carousel height oscillating and layout of the page unstable. you can see what i mean here: https://www.diegotrainer.com/semi-private-3-months-body-transformation-program/

how can I fix this? i mean how can i prevent the height of the carousel from changing?

Hi,

That’s because the images don’t have same ratio and size, in this case, you can add a custom resolution instead of large in this format (800×600) you can ply with those until you find the propper size, a working 100% solution it’s to add same ration image formats
