carousel loads slow and drops images during loading + button size consistent width??

Hi,

1. can you offer any suggestions to fix the carousel on my homepage http://girlsgo.us/? When it loads, the images fall below, and it takes too long to load.  I tried using a Rev Slider instead, but cannot get it to stay at the right width (the same as the carousel images..).

2. Also, I would like to have buttons in a group (scroll down on homepage a bit, testing colors..) and wonder if there is any way with different text for each if they can all have the same width.
