Carrusel Last Members Fail

1. When i up my own profile picture appear cut at the carrusel,but the standart picture is ok,what is the problem please?

2. Computer A: And other fail,when the user try to upload one photo for example of 3 mb,the website stop on this link: http://my site.com/members/user_name/profile/change-avatar/#item-nav and with a white screen.
Computer B: I tried to upload another photo of 5 mb and is correctly charged and appear the warning message of photo too big.

Hi,
1. Those appear like that because ther are only 2 members. try adding another one.
2. Try to set WP_DEBUG to TRUE in wp-config.php to see if any errors are generated
