Cart and Checkout

Hi,

The cart and checkout seems missing.

When i click go to checkout the theme return to the product page.

Hi,

Do you have theme to latest version ? and the recommended plugins up to date ? if you don’t have latest theme update update it, then check your plugins update status from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.

If this is not your resolution please provide url to take a look at this.

Hi,

Most probably is because you an old kleo theme 3.0.7 our latest version is 4.0.4, please update the theme to latest version and the afferent plugins you can check the plugin status update after theme update in wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.

Theme version is 4. I try to install a new version on http://www.esoft.it/test and i have the same problem.

Try to add the only one product “zzz” in the home shop and then go to checkout.

I understand please check if you have the checkout page assigned to the woocommerce from wp-admin -> woocommerce -> settings -> checkout -> Checkout Page -> assign a page there from example checkout

and that page should contain this shortcode [woocommerce_checkout]
