Cart in menu cloud doesn’t appear on hover

I noticed that when I hover my mouse over the menu cart button, the cloud with the items in the cart doesn’t appear. I disabled animation on the whole page.

 

Should I add some files to do not cache list as I think this is connected to litespeed cache.

Hello, if you deactivate the cache plugin does it work?
We tested with super cache and works great
