Category Page on Normal Page

Hi,

I want to change look and layout of Category pages. I know I can make a child theme and have custom category template.

But I just wanted to know if there is a short by which I can put the category content on to a normal page.

This I can all the benefits of Visual Composer and none of the hassle of coding custom category page.

Hey umair. You should be using the child theme no matter what.

As far as the category pages go, I dont think you can turn them into regular pages.

With that said, you may be able to build your page using VC, then switch to classic view and copy the vc code into your child category page. I havent tested this, but I’ve done this with the registration page. Just put the vc code in a do_shortcode() call.
