change breadcrumb from archive-based to category-base

Hi,

I want to change breadcrumb from archive-based to category-base. Is it possible to do that?

If it’s not available, could you make this a future feature in the settings?

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us today about breadcrumbs in KLEO. The breadcrumbs that come with KLEO are wholly inherited by the URL structure and will require you to change your permalink settings to act differently.

To do this you can go to WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks > Select: ‘Custom Structure’. Once you have selected Custom Structure you can manually create your permalinks using the tags described in this WordPress Codex article https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks.

If you needed something more nuanced you could try using Yoast SEO from the WordPress repository which has a custom breadcrumbs option but you will need to follow their tutorials and guides on how to implement this custom code into the theme.
