Change colored ring around icon color

I was able to figure out how to change the color of the icons, but we don’t see where to change the light blue color of the hover ring around the icon? We couldn’t find it in the settings anywhere.

Add this css to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick css

COPY CODE

.alternate-color .colored-icons .feature-item:hover .feature-icon {
    border: 1px solid red;
}
