Change default placeholder “—” in User Registration Form Dropdown Fields

Hey there,

Thanks for all the previous support your team provided.

I just wanted to know where I could change default placeholder “—” to something like “dd” or “mm” or “year” in dropdown lists in user registration form. Please see attached image.

Just provide me the filename to edit it from or code snippet to get it fixed if the backend option is not available.
