Change feature to receive payment from members

Hey Support,

My name is Kevin. It was shared with me via your support personnel Cornel that you could change a functional process on my website. I would like for visitors to pay upfront for membership and then be allowed to register their username and password, then create a profile and then be able to use the website features similar to http://www.ixl.com member registration.

I am looking forward to hearing from you. Please let me know if you can make the changes and how much it would cost. Basically, I want new members to pay first then set up username, password, email, and then create a profile to match up with other members.
