On mobile version, our header is black, how do I change it to while?

I can’t find this option in there Customization settings.

Use this css

Add this css to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick css

Awesome! It worked. How so I also add a white space above the slider (where logo and navigation is), like in this sample: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/default-shop/

Figured that one out too, lol. Now I have an issue with Widgets in the Main Sidebar on single product page:

Nothing is showing for some reason on the page with any single product.

Do you have added something in wp-admin -> appearance -> widgets -> shop sidebar ?

Yes, I added staff to shop sidebar widget, but nothing is showing. Tested on several devises.

Ok, i see, but please tell me if you de-activate all plugins except Woocommerce and check again.

Also try to de-activate the child theme for testing.

Let me know, if this will not work provide admin credentials in a private reply, but check what I’ve advised you first and let me know

@pattyzinha100 I see your header color it’s pink, so i think you have solved meanwhile.

@jamie771 WE have released an update that concerning that problem so update kleo to latest version

It’s being quite a challenge to see real time changes on the site.

I’m attaching how I’m seeing on Chrome and Safari. Have cleaned history from both browsers and installed a cache plugin nothing seemed to help.

I have several questions but I’ll start with the easiest. How do I post a question that is not on other people’s question?

In try in browsers that you don;t see changes to empty all browser caches, because live I saw the pink color in header.

@jamie771 Please update the theme we have updated something related to your problem

Let me know after you update theme and the afferent plugins if is ok now

@radu not the current pink that. Footer and header have the same color and on safari I see two different colors and chrome I see grey. BTW I have cleared both browsers as mentioned before…..

How about my other question? How do I post a question that is not on other people’s question?

Hi,

In safari I cannot see your custom colors, please open a new ticket from : Menu -> Get Support -> Kleo -> Scroll down- > open a new ticket.

And provide admin and FTP credentials to investigate your issue

Hi Radu,
I did the update and deactivated plugins, but nothing happen.

We also had strange thing happen with posts of our most active users of body press. All the post disappeared. I am not sure why. Do you know if it happen to somebody before? I have noticed that it was somewhere after we added some products to the store. I am not sure how this can be connected.And interesting part is that it happen to only few users, one of them is even admin.

You can see your posts in wp-admin -> posts ?

Do you have tried to de-activate child theme ?

Id you have any cache plugin de-activate it and check again.

Make sure again if you have latest kleo theme 4.5.1 ,lastest WP and plugins updated from wp-admin -> appereance -> install plugins.

Seams like problem with widget has been fixed with updates. But the is a problem with navigation icons in Firefox browser.

Hi,

htaccess file should be located on your root WordPress installation , it’s a DOT file .htaccess and maybe your client it hides dot files, make sure to check show hidden files or something like this.
