Change Popular members option for self defined option

Hello, I would like to modify TopMembers section by adding fields such as ‘Practicioners’, ‘Teachers’, and remove ‘Popular’ button. Is this possible? If not or if it is too complicated, I just would like to remove ‘Popular’ option.
