Change posts title tag

Hi,

each page of the site has a title like this: “name of the page or post | Site name ”

I’d like to keep this structure for regular pages, but I want to change it for posts so when I create a post, it automatically set the title as “name of the post” and not “name of the post | Site name” . How can I do this ?

Actually, I’d like to have:

“Name of the post | Sub category of the post”. How could I do this ?

Do you have tried Yoast SEO Plugin ? https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/

This it should be able to do what to you need.
