Change "Profile Header" Item Menu not visible

Hi,
I upgraded WP, theme and plugin to the latest version,
I activated “Profile Header”
but does not appear in the user menu.

How can I fix?

P.S.
I also disabled the other plugin, but it does not work anyway …

You didnt installed the BP Cover Photo plugin. Appearance > Install Plugins.

No. YOU dont see well. 🙂 You installed Buddypress Cover. Not Buddypress Cover Photo. Did you even look at Appearance > Install Required Plugins???
