Change Text Field Color on Profile Pages

Hello!
Right now, on my Settings and Message Compose pages, the text fields to enter new information are transparent so it’s not obvious that there’s a text field there. How do I change the field to white (and give it a black border)?

Also, how do I add a border to the “Save Changes” button so that it actually looks like a button?

That’s because you have your background color the same as your border color. Theme Options > Styling > Main > border
