change text kleo carousel read more button

Hello Support team,

i have translate the most of the template with the localisations plugin, and i think the Kleo Carousel “Read More” button to, but i see no change in the frontend so i´m looking for a solution for hardcoding the code directly in the template source code.

How i can change the Button Text from the Sweetdate template –> Please look at the pic.

that should be found in theme translation since it belongs to the theme. try to rescan the strings with Codestyling Localization plugin
