Change the of social-share-wrap

Hello
I’m customizing my post layout.
I would like change the <abbr> in post-related.php
<div class="hr-title hr-long"><abbr><?php echo $related_text; ?></abbr></div>
But where can i redefine my $related text ?
In the dashbord maybe ?
The <abbr> is use to give a description of the last part of my post ( share, comments etc )

I did not see it beacause i use a french tralslation and the words are not the same …
But now it’s Okay 🙂
