Change time stamp to time difference

Hello,

Could you please tell me which function i have to change if i want to display time difference instead of time stamp in blogposts? For example, instead of january 23 2016, i want it to display “posted two days ago”. I have looked up for instructions, and i think i will need to use the human_time_diff() function, but which function do i need to replace with in the Kleo theme?

Basically, i want to make posts appear like the demo below, where post title, author, comments appear on hover instead of below the post.

Please provide me an screenshot with the exact location where you want to change this, because the date might appear in several places and in some it might be changeable but in others no or will require plugins or theme template file modifications.
