Add this css to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick CSS

COPY CODE

.kleo-main-header.header-normal {
    background-image: url('https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/da/Internet2.jpg');
    background-position: 50% 50%;
}

Replace image url with your desred image.
