Change Title Colors in Sidebar

Hi There,

I have tried so many times to change the colors in the sidebar on the HOME page, and Left-Menu.

Above the SHOP – Product Categories… The title is there “Shop Categories” – however not appearing, as the background is black.

Please tell me how to make this title WHITE.

There are also other titles on the side bar, not appearing due to same problem. I need to change the color to white.

Please advise immediately how to do this, and provide code CSS
