which page editor? I do not use the child theme so what happens when I upload an update?

The wordpress page editor. They are upgrade safe. WP-Admin -> Pages -> All Pages -> Home or Blog

I don’t have Home or Blog page. If I create a Home page its blank. and if I try to set a static page or post they are the same to both Front page and Post page.

@ajakob: I see you have the blog page set as the homepage… also, you should use the child theme for any custom code or else you will lose it on future updates…

@ajakob: I don’t understand this: “If I create a Home page its blank.” why the page is blank? did you use the page templates that can be imported from the theme package?

I did this…. in index.php on line 33

$title_arr[‘show_title’] = true;

change it to false, no more “Blog” on your main site.
