ParticipantChanges I make to background colour / link colour etc. Do not save.
They appear to in the ‘preview’ window but when viewing the live site they do not update.
Extremely disappointed.

ParticipantHi,
Thanks for your reply and support 🙂
Admin credentials are posted above. vqfh9v is the login.
Just attempting to change the background header to a light grey, and the header links to black (currently blue). I make these changes in Customizer but they do not transpire to the website; it looks completely different whether logged in or ‘incognito’ – the main background is red for example..

ModeratorHello, the reason of this is pure cache. Your website is not showing changes because its cached. You can notice that by the strong black lines, shouldn’t be so black and happens when the page has cache issues.
Does your server use cache? Do you have any CDN? Clourdflare, maxcdn…
You need to disable the cache as its creating issuesHi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionAugust 3, 2016 at 16:52 #131165nmedsoc
ParticipantThanks for your help.
I have disabled both cloudflare and caching plugins as well as all cache through my host.
I will see if this helps.
