Changing “Add Friends” to something else

Hi there,

I’d like to change the “Add Friends” option to something like “Add Members” and was wondering if there was a simple way to do that?

Also, I would like the Homepage to be different for Members and Non-Members. Is there a way to make the homepage for logged in members only show one page, and different page for people who have not signed up yet? I can’t figure out how to hide the non-members homepage when they are logged in.

Do you know of a plugin that will help to make videos show their images when someone adds a link? Currently, the way your system is set up to post images, they show, but when someone posts a video, it only adds the link and does not pull the preview image from the site.
