Changing age calc

My site help people give a tribute to loved ones loss.
They have to enter the birth date and the date deceased.
I then calculate the age of the person by deceased – birthday. How do I do this calc but still keep the current date – birth date for the living?

I forgot to mention the field is Status = ‘In Memory (Deceased)’

So I was thinking something like;

If Status = ‘In Memory (Deceased)’
age = CurrentDate – DateDeceased
else
age = CurrentDate – BirthDate
