changing font colour

Excuse the repeat of the question but I couldn’t find the answer from previous topics.

In Dashboard- Sweetdate- Styling Options- Headings- Body has no button to change colour. Colour is set at grey. I’d like to change the font colour to black.

I’d be fine with a css fix as we recently re-installed the theme to solve other problems.
