Changing font size on menu

Hello, I would like to change the font size of the menu in the header though I cannot seem to find a simple option for this. Being a Novice, I hesitate to go digging around in the code, lest I really mess this up. Can you advise me how I can increase the menu items in the header ( and perhaps make them bold) so as to make them easier to read?

Hello, just add this to style.css of child theme 🙂

    font-size: 14px !important;
    font-weight: 900 !important;
}
