Changing testimonials scrolling icon to arrows instead of dots

Is it possible to change the scrolling icon when displaying the testimonial carousel? It currently have dots underneath but I would like to have left and right arrows if that is possible.

No its not possible with out code changes. I feel like this was asked a long time ago. Try searching here to see if there was a solution provided.
