chatroom

im making a social network site with over 100 members. id like to have a chatroom available for paid members.  id also like admin privileges in the chatroom to monitor public and private chatrooms. also like chatroom log and ips features, so i can block or ban users.

does anyone have an idea how i can add this to my site?
