Child Theme

I have noticed that with the latest theme update, changes I add to my Kleo Child Theme do not take effect. Changes in Kleo General Settings do work fine.

I dont see /kleo-child/styles.css being loaded on your site which leads me to believe you have the parent kleo theme enabled, not the child theme.
