What is the easiest way to get the Child Theme set up properly?
I see in the downloads folder there is a child theme version of KLEO.zip.
What’s the best method to get it set up for my developer?
Be sure you have the main theme installed and after that continue installing and the child theme. After both are installed you should activate the child theme.
