Is it possible to make live notification bubble shown after click,but not on mouse hover? And how can I change the font and font size applied to the index number on the left?

You would have to override the jquery script which isnt possible to protect against upgrades.

Try this
.kleo-notifications.new-alert {
font-size: 20px;
font-family: Open Sans;
}
