clients, testominials, portfolio

I love this theme and do not want to move away from it because it has more features than I need. How would I get rid of the Clients, Testimonials, and Portfolio custom post types At least I think they are called custom post types. Would it require too much coding or just commenting out lines of code, Thanks.
