Color font and box

In the page of media file, there is place where you can do comments. But the box a writing is so clear that we almost don’t see what we are writing.

In attachment a file show that.

And leave here also for access the site and a link to one of that media.

Can you help with this?

You don’t see because I already reply to that page.
But ever time I want to reply to a comment in a photo, I go to a page like that (the image I attached before) and is very difficult to see the box and what you are writing in the reply.
So can you help on modify the style of that element?
