Columns collapsed after saving the page

Hi,

First created a ROW inserted a text block

Now created a row inside the Fist row and divided it as two columns

In the second column I want three columns So I inserted a row and divided it as three.
Now these three columns collapsed.

I raised this in my previous ticket too. But still no solution

Can you please help me out.
