Comet Chat is Not loading on theme

Hello Seven Queen,

I was using cometchat on my site and with the update the chat is gone. I added the html code to the header.php file and nothing. I copied the header.php file to the child theme and still the chat is not loading.

I have a multisite installation and I verified with other themes and the chat bar loads on those themes but not on sweetdate theme.

What can I do?

Hi, We haven’t done any changes to the header.php or any templates that would affect it.
You probably did some changes to the main template files and after the update are gone. Use a child theme and make sure it is activated and copy the header.php there and apply changes
