Comments for blog posts not displayed

Hello,

first, thank you very much for this amazing theme!

I have one issue, the possibility to comment on blogpost is not shown. I’m using buddypress and buddyblog. I have enabled the possibility to comment in every single place (settings > discussions, settings < buddyblog, etc.), but the comment section is only shown if I enable it in every single post. As it is very important for my community that other users post, this is not a good solution for me. I would be very thankful if you could help 🙂

I just installed it and ran a test. The comment form is shown. I didnt have to edit the post to turn it on. With that said, the blog listing in the profile shows that the comments are off. But again, when you go to the post, the comment form is there without me having to go into the post settings to turn it on. What does the developer say about this? Does it happen with the WP 2015 Theme enabled? Perhaps there’s a conflict with another plugin you have enabled.

Thank you for your reply, the funny thing is, in my installation it’s just the other way: in the blog-list you see “no comments” (linked to the single post), but on the single post the comments form is not shown.
The developer of Boddyblog?
Can I just change the Theme to WP 2015 and than back to Kleo without a risk? I’m a little bit afraid to do that. (sorry for that simple question, but I haven’t done that before).
If’s there’s no risk, I’ll check that.

I tested it with WP 2015 and it’s the same issue. I’ll check the other plugins and ask the Buddyblog developer.

I just found the plugin buddyforms and the extension buddyforms members which looks like it would perfectly match for my community. May I ask you if you know any conflicts between Kleo and buddyforms?
