Hello. I have a community site, and I would like my landing page to look like the one in this Kleo demo page: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/home-register. I tried using the visual editor to edit my own “register” page, but I would like it to look better. I have checked the demo pages that I downloaded when I installed the theme, but I couldn’t find a Community Landing page like the one shown in the demo.
Thanks in advance.
March 6, 2016 at 19:24 #108845sharmstrModeratorMake sure you’re running the latest version of Kleo, k-elements and VC. Then go to Appearance > Kleo Demo. Import the Home Register Page

March 7, 2016 at 16:11 #108957sharmstrModeratorThere is no ‘undo’ feature. You’ll need to delete the pages and posts by selecting them and choosing Move to Trash in the bulk actions selector.

March 7, 2016 at 17:00 #108984gnkechioParticipantOk- I will delete the duplicate pages; ;hopefully I won’t lose important info, or affect the performance of the site in any way.
– Please tell me how to upgrade to the latest version of Kleo. I assume that all my data will be in place after the upgrade? I have already downloaded it; how do I proceed? Thanks in advance.March 7, 2016 at 17:10 #108995sharmstrModeratorHere’s the directions: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/steps-to-update-kleo-theme

March 7, 2016 at 18:14 #109043gnkechioParticipantHello. I followed the directions on the link above; unfortunately the Kleo theme wasn’t among the list of available theme updates- the only theme listed was Twenty Sixteen, together with some other plugins. I would rather not use the FTP option to make this update. Is there anything else that I can do? Thank you.
March 7, 2016 at 18:39 #109053sharmstrModeratorDid you set up your Themeforest API?

March 7, 2016 at 18:52 #109060gnkechioParticipantYes, I entered my username and purchase code on the “theme update” page. I am not sure that the purchase code and the API key are the same; if they aren’t, how can I get it? There used to be a link on Envato/themeforest page, but looks like it was moved. Please clarify how to obtain the API key (if it’s different from the purchase code). Thank you.

March 7, 2016 at 19:04 #109067sharmstrModeratorThe API key is NOT your purchase code. Log into Themeforest, go into your account settings and set up an API key. Then enter that key into Theme Options.

March 7, 2016 at 19:25 #109072gnkechioParticipantYes, thank you, I have the API key; and I have imported the Register page. Now how do I make the “register” page my landing page, instead of the current one? My site is a community site, so “Home default” is the current landing page. Thanks.
March 7, 2016 at 19:45 #109076sharmstrModeratorThe standard WP way of doing it: Settings > Reading.

March 7, 2016 at 21:26 #109095gnkechioParticipantHello. I made post a few minutes ago, but I can’t find it on this thread. It have imported the Register page and made it my landing page. But users can still bypass this page without entering a username/password. This happens when the user clicks on “Create Account” or “Lost your password?”. Here are the links to those pages: http://www.mommysupermodel.com/register/ and http://www.mommysupermodel.com/my-account/lost-password/. How do I fix this, so that users can see these or any other pages unless they’re logged in. Thanks again for your help.
