Complication

Greetings. I purchased the Keto theme. I downloaded it. However, I was unable to open it. I think I registered my domain with .com instead of .org.  I contacted  my domain carrier GoDaddy and they walked me through resetting so that I may start over. That worked but now I can’t download the theme. Could you help me? This is so confusing. Thanks.
