Compose Message Not Returning Any Users

Hello Laura,

I’m wanting to send messages via Compose Message area on Member Profile. When I type in either username or name of user, it searches (at times) however does not find or fill in anything.

I looked into below forum post but don’t think it’s entirely relevant.

The website is hosted on the Managed WordPress hosting option from GoDaddy. So, no cPanel. However, here are the following FTP details:
