    I’ve downloaded the visual composer update but when I tried to upload the file to the server, it keeps saying the file is bad. I even got help from my server team and they said i should contact the plugin author.

    Hello, we are not the visual composer plugin authors, we created KLEO theme but no visual composer plugin, we did include it in the theme but it should update when you update the theme, if you are trying to update visual composer individually ( because you bought the plugin license ) you should contact visual composer author
