compulsory photo on registration

How do I make it compulsory to load a photo when people register.

I would also be interested in this, is there a slight chance to be added in a coming update? if we wish to make it mandatory to add a picture while registering? I searched like 2 days on the net for some plugins or any description, seems like buddypres once had this option and then removed it. 🙁

Hi there, having and upload form in the registration page is not recommended since everybody will be able to upload images to your site even they are not logged in.
We have seen this plugin that tries to implement something similar http://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-signup-avatar/
