I hope this works……….
Why open a ticket if I asked in support forum? Why do you have a support forum?? For same propose as your facebook groups?
OK. The problem is:
I can not see the reCAPTCHA.
When I refresh the page it seems to apear. But only for a moment.
After that, it disappears.

Seems to me also that the registration page is not showing the ContactForm  Form…….
How can I put a CAPTCHA on the Login/registration page???

Please dont tell me that I need to do more steps to have an aswer…..
Im so close to delete all your Themes (I have the 3) and move to another one.

Hi,

On the submit report page the captcha it’s displayed normally as it should, not dissappears.

Maybe there it’s a browser caching issue? Did you have tried from another browser ? or from incognito mode ?

For placing captcha in register page you can use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-recaptcha-bp/

For arranging the button clear use this CSS

.g-recaptcha {width: 100%;display: inline-block;}

The CSS will be added to wp-admin -> theme options -> general settings -> quick CSS

NOTE : Child theme needs to be installed and activated.

I try it on Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Explorer and nothing. No captcha

Try to register. The problem its on the login and the registration…

On the video you sent me the Submit Report is a page made with Visual composer.
Registration page is not….
If I create a new page and tell buddypress to use it, I have the same result. captcha not show

Its on the login and on the registration page.
BTW….. Now the website is down because after wordpress update it uses a lot of CPU to run…… PHP 5.6.
PHP7 does not work……..when do you upgrade to PHP 7??

It works with php7 but sometimes may see some notices in debug.log file

The forum isn’t unreachable.

For the captcha o registration page, i cannot investigate since the forum isn’t recheable
